It was a crisp morning in the Bitterroot valley today. However, with not a cloud to be seen, it warmed up fairly quick. I was on the streamer hunt today and managed the Bitterroot Grand Slam of a few rainbows, a brown, a cuttbow and a surprise colored up brook trout! It was a great morning of streamer fishing.
The temps will continue to stay steady in the low to mid 60's for this whole week.
Oh Man, Look at that brookie! That's a great fish. I'm not sure how common they are in the west but that one is a beauty
ReplyDeleteThanks man. Yeah in some places out here they are a nuisance because they compete with native fish. I still love em though, especially when they look like that.
