Rock Creek 10/1

Fished Rock Creek yesterday for a few hours with Riley. We had some great fishing with plenty of beautiful colored up browns as well as rainbows, cutthroat and cuttbows. I landed close to 15 fish and Riley landed close to 10. Rock Creek never gets old.

The past week has been a hot one in the Missoula area, but tomorrow is the true beginning of fall with a 40% chance of rain, a high of 51 degrees and winds gusting to 22 mph. Its going to be UGLY... and beautiful at the same time. This is just the weather that a streamer junkie loves. You can bet I'll be out tomorrow, rain jacket and all.

Check out this weeks forecast (from NOAA)... It's perfect.
